Picker/ Packer / Temp to Perm / £12.71 / Hethel, own transport required / Monday to Friday / 7am to 4pm/ Temp to Perm
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a full‑time Warehouse Operative / picker - packer based in Hethel. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, target‑driven, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
Role Details:
Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 16:00
Location: Hethel (own transport essential due to location, no local public transport available)
Breaks: 2 × 30‑minute breaks Performance Targets & Bonus Structure:
Picking:
Daily target: 262 kg Bonus: £25/day for achieving 362 kg/day
Packing:
Daily target: 300 orders
Bonus: £25/day for achieving 380 orders/day What We're Looking For:
Reliable and punctual individuals
Ability to work to daily performance targets
Comfortable with manual handling and repetitive tasks
Must have own transport due to location
