Pick and Pack Warehouse Operative
Location: Colnbrook, Slough (SL3)
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour (Weekly Pay)
Hours: Monday – Friday (Daytime Shifts)
About the Role
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Colnbrook for reliable and detail-oriented Pick and Pack Operatives. Our client runs a busy fulfillment and e-commerce operation, supporting major online retail brands with precision warehousing, order processing, and dispatch.
Key Responsibilities

Accurate Order Picking: Locate and collect e-commerce items from warehouse shelving using handheld scanners and pick lists.

Quality Packing: Pack goods securely in line with customer guidelines to ensure safe delivery.
*
Dispatch Preparation: Attach shipping labels, print delivery notes, and sort parcels by courier.
*
Stock Inbound: Unload incoming deliveries, verify stock counts, and place items in designated storage locations.
*
Warehouse Maintenance: Keep work stations clean, safe, and organized.
Requirements
*
Previous experience in a warehouse, e-commerce, or fulfillment environment is preferred.
*
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when matching SKU numbers.
*
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
*
Good communication skills and strong punctuality.
*
Physically active and comfortable standing, walking, and lifting items throughout the shift
