Physiotherapy Team Leader

Evolve are recruiting for a leading healthcare provider who are seeking a Physiotherapy Team Leader to join their team. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the Outpatient physiotherapy team to ensure staffing levels are high to maintain high quality patient care.

This is a full-time position on a permanent basis based in the East of England

Ideal Requirements for a Physiotherapy Team Leader

* Degree (BSc Hons in Physiotherapy) or equivalent.

* 5 years post-graduate varied Physiotherapy experience.

* Competence across a range of physiotherapy, management and leadership skills supported by skilled professional knowledge.

* Experience of clinical leadership e.g. developing peers.

Role Responsibilities for a Physiotherapy Team Leader

* Work and Lead the team across multiple Outpatient area’s

* To ensure the team delivers effective physiotherapy by providing appropriate clinical leadership and educational and development expertise.

* To provide highly skilled and specialised assessment, diagnosis and treatment for patients within the out-patient service.
