Physiotherapist (Relocation to Ireland)

Our Client, who operates multiple private hospitals in Ireland, is seeking a basic grade physiotherapists for full-time permanent work. Our client is dedicated to delivering outstanding patient care through the utilization of state of the art facilities.

The Department of Physiotherapy offers a variety of services for both inpatients and outpatients. This position plays a crucial role in making a substantial impact by advancing and upholding best practices in physiotherapy services.

You Will:

* Manage a clinical caseload relevant to the role, conducting client assessments and formulating personalized treatment plans aligned with best practices.

* Collaborate with clients, families, and team members to set goals and ensure client-centered care.

* Uphold the privacy and dignity of patients consistently.

* Foster effective communication and cooperation with team members, while also establishing strong connections with service users, families, and caregivers.

* Maintain open lines of communication with Consultants, General Practitioners, and community care teams for timely discharge and proper follow-up.

* Adhere to professional standards and departmental policies in documenting client records, supporting clinical studies, and facilitating data collection.

* Implement an accurate record-keeping system to meet legal requirements.

* Deliver services in diverse locations as per departmental policy, including clinics and home visits, within appropriate timeframes.

* Actively participate in review meetings, case conferences, ward rounds, and other relevant activities.

* Contribute to the standards of professional practice pertinent to physiotherapy.

* Take personal accountability for continuous professional development, staying abreast of evidence-based practices and research.

* Actively engage in ongoing staff development programs, attending and participating regularly.

* Play a role in the orientation and induction of new staff, being available to provide guidance and support as needed to facilitate their integration into the Unit team.

* Work with members of the Multidisciplinary team in devising Standard Operating Procedures for the development of the Unit.

* Ensure compliance with all relevant guidelines, policies, procedures and relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.

You will need:

* BSc degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent

* CORU registration /or in process of CORU

* At least 2/3 years post graduate experience.

* Knowledge of the operational procedures in the Physiotherapy Department

* Experience in the areas of orthopedics, respiratory and neurological physiotherapy desirable.

* Good communication skills
