We are looking to recruit an innovative, enthusiastic Physiotherapist to be part of our team here at Bondcare for our nursing home Hillside Nursing Home in Aylesbury.

As a physiotherapist you will assess, implement, plan, and evaluate the delivery of direct patient care as an independent practitioner. Working as a practitioner within our care home, where you will provide continuation of therapy intervention and rehabilitation for patients across the patient care beds.

Role as a Physiotherapist

Working as an integral part of the team you will provide specialist physiotherapy assessment, treatment and pathways of care.

You must have
You must have experience of working in an equivalent service and it would be desirable that you have experience of working in a rehabilitation. You are able to demonstrate an appropriate level of clinical skills in physiotherapy, you are experienced in person-centered assessments, as well as developing, implementing and evaluating programmes of care. You must have a recognised Physiotherapy qualification and be eligible for HCPC Registration
