Physics Teacher - KS3 & KS4 (Maternity Cover)

If so, Pontem Education & Training has a great opportunity for you to join our partner school team as a KS3 & KS4 Physics Teacher! This is a fixed term contract for a year to cover teacher's maternity.

Role Overview
As a Physics Teacher, you will inspire students to explore the wonders of physics while honing their analytical and problem-solving skills. Collaborating with a dedicated team, you will deliver dynamic lessons and provide support to help students achieve academic excellence.
Key Responsibilities as a Physics Teacher:
Design and deliver captivating physics lessons that stimulate curiosity and interest in the subject.
Create lesson plans and assessments tailored to different learning levels and styles.
Encourage students to engage with complex concepts and apply them to real-world scenarios.
Monitor students' progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain open communication with parents and stakeholders.
Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment where students are motivated to excel.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong background in physics.
Proven experience teaching physics at KS3 & KS4 levels.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging students and collaborating with colleagues and parents.
Flexibility and adaptability to meet diverse learning needs and styles.
