AppleBough Education are currently recruiting for a passionate and enthusiastic Physical Education Teacher to join a welcoming secondary school in the Solihull area.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated PE teacher who is passionate about helping young people develop their confidence, teamwork and enjoyment of sport. You’ll be joining a school that values the contribution of PE and encourages students to get involved both inside and outside the classroom.
The role:
* Teach Physical Education across Key Stages 3 and 4
* Plan and deliver engaging and inclusive PE lessons
* Inspire students to develop a positive attitude towards health, fitness and sport
* Support students to develop their skills, confidence and teamwork
* Monitor and assess student progress
* Contribute to the wider sporting life of the school, including extracurricular activities
* Work collaboratively with colleagues within the PE department

We’re looking for:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching PE at secondary level
* Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for sport
* Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
* The ability to motivate and inspire students of all abilities
* A positive, enthusiastic and reliable approach
