As a Physical Education Teacher, you'll play a pivotal role in promoting physical fitness, sportsmanship, and personal development among students. You'll lead engaging and dynamic PE lessons that cater to students' diverse abilities and interests, while instilling a sense of passion and enthusiasm for physical activity.

Physical Education Teacher Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver high-quality PE lessons that align with the national curriculum and promote holistic development, including physical, social, and emotional wellbeing.
Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where students feel motivated to participate, challenge themselves, and celebrate their achievements.
Introduce a variety of sports and activities, ensuring students have opportunities to develop fundamental skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their growth and development in PE, both individually and as part of a team.
Collaborate with colleagues to organize extracurricular sports clubs, tournaments, and events that enrich the school community and promote a culture of active living.

Requirements for Physical Education Teacher:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in Physical Education or a related field.
Proven experience teaching PE at the secondary level, with a passion for inspiring students and fostering a love for physical activity.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students of all abilities.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to plan and deliver effective PE lessons that cater to diverse learning needs.
A commitment to promoting health, wellbeing, and lifelong participation in physical activity.
