Phase Leader - Key Stage 1
As phase leader you will lead either the Key Stage 1 phase team or the year 3+4 team.
Take charge of class-based responsibilities while overseeing the overall progress and development of the designated phase.
Provide support, guidance, and mentorship to phase team members, including a dedicated trainee.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure curriculum alignment and the delivery of high-quality education.
Implement strategies to promote a positive learning environment and student engagement.
Monitor and assess student progress, implementing interventions as necessary to support individual needs.
Contribute to the wider school community through participation in meetings, events, and continuous professional development opportunities.
