Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Assist customers with product information, orders, and returns
Resolve product or service issues, escalating as necessary
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures

Essential Skills, Qualifications, Experience:
Previous experience in a customer service role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
