Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all operations within the pharmacy.
Ensure the provision of excellent customer service.
Manage a team of healthcare professionals.
Ensure compliance with GPhC standards.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and patients.
Manage inventory and ensure the availability of medications.
Monitor the dispensing of medications to ensure accuracy.
Promote health awareness and contribute to the well-being of the community.Profile
The Successful candidate:
A valid GPhC registration
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical operations and regulations
Proven experience in a similar role within the retail sectorJob Offer
