PE Global is recruiting a pharmaceutical brand manager for our multinational pharmaceutical client on an initial 12-month contract basis in Basingstoke. The role is hybrid.
Responsibilities of the role:
• Brand Strategy Development and Management across UK and RoI
• Ensure execution excellence of the projects you are responsible for.
• Foster innovation, resilience, and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Collaborate with the OCE team to optimize customer engagement through an omnichannel approach.
• Monitor and track performance/spend and be able to report back.
• Partner with cross functional teams to ensure brand success.
• Model leadership with a particular focus on the common purpose and expectations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and external obligations.
• Oversee content management and compliance in Veeva.
Requirements:
• Pharmaceutical brand management experience incl. Veeva promo mats
• Marketing experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
• Strong compliance mindset and integrity.
• Proven leadership and project management skills.
• Ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders.
• Results-oriented with a sense of urgency.
• Self-motivated and able to prioritise
• Strong team player
• Strong project management skills
• Analytical skills; analyzing sales figures, market conditions and competitor performances
