Overview

To provide within both domestic and commercial premises, a safe, high quality and comprehensive service for the eradication and prevention of infestation of a wide range of pests.

Responsibilities

* Visit residential, commercial, or council properties to investigate pest complaints

* Lay traps, set baits, or apply approved pesticides, fumigants, and disinfectants to eradicate pests like rats, mice, wasps, and wood-boring insects.

* Educate property owners and residents on prevention methods

* Return to sites to check traps, evaluate treatment success, and perform extra treatments if the infestation remains.

* Follow strict health and safety laws regarding chemical handling, wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), and conduct environmental risk assessments.

Qualifications

* RSPH/BPCA (Level 2) Award in Pest Management

* Manual Handling

* IOSH Working Safely

* To hold a valid UK driving licence to ‘Category B’ standard

Hours & Pay

* Monday - Friday

* 7am - 3pm

* Starting PAYE: £26.62 P/H

* Weekly pay whilst through agency
