Heritage PS Talent Solutions are thrilled to be working in partnership with an award winning and well established accountancy based business in Leicester to recruit for a Personal Tax Associate to join their team to support a growing portfolio of medium-sized owner-managed businesses. We seek a bright and enthusiastic tax associate eager to advance their career. Main duties of the Personal Tax Associate role:

Prepare, process, and manage the personal tax affairs for a portfolio of clients (or as requested by the Tax Manager) efficiently and within statutory deadlines to ensure compliance with HMRC regulations.
Assist the team with administrative tasks, prepare draft invoices, and liaise with client contacts to ensure timely billing.
Support business tax colleagues with their tasks and assignments.
Undertake and successfully complete tax training.
Participate in and contribute to the development of the team.Requirements of the Personal Tax Associate role:

Preferred part-qualified ATT with at least 1 year of practical experience. While experience in practice and managing a client portfolio is preferred, it is not strictly required.
Must be computer literate, particularly with Microsoft Office, and able to quickly and easily adapt to new software (such as IRIS and Xero).
Must demonstrate a willingness to learn and work within a team.
Should have excellent attention to detail and a drive to exceed client expectations.
