Description:
We are looking for a personable individual to join a prestigious company that run an unrivalled “above and beyond” service as a Personal Shopper. Working in luxury destination you will be required to support and guide clients in purchases, offers and campaigns; meeting and exceeding expectations while providing a bespoke service.
Based in Bicester this is a 6-month contract.
Responsibilities:
* Develop your personal shopping client base, using existing relationships and clients, while gaining new clients and referrals; building excellent working relationships and understanding preferred methods of communication.
* Coordinate and organise visits for VIP clients.
* Introduce clients to new products and brands.
* Understand client’s style and current clothing options to provide educated choices for accessories and new unique products.
* Identify opportunities for the Village presence in institutions, collaborations, sponsorships and events, alongside business opportunities for small group client engagement.
* Stay up to date with fashion trends, seasonal requirements and all information relating to the fashion industry so that you can suggest gifting ideas and be proactive in meeting needs.
* Create and maintain profiles on clients keeping up to date records logging any activity.
* Build rapport with the brands, visiting and keeping strong lines of communication for stock availability, offers, and campaigns.
* Complete brand training sessions, continuously increasing knowledge.
* Act as an ambassador in the business to representing Personal Shopping and the service level offered.
Personal Attributes:
* Have comprehensive experience working for a luxury retail brand,
* Experience in Personal Shopping for a luxury retail brand, where you have supported/trained Junior Personal Shoppers.
* Have an existing client list and be able to bring your own clients to the role.
* Great interpersonal and communications skills both written and verbal, that support the desire for you to provide “above and beyond” service, tailoring it to each client.
* Maintain and keep apprised of all developments and trends occurring in the retail sector.
* Be confident using social media and other technology to support sales and client contact.
* Show excellent clientele skills with a strong network and existing client list without off limit exclusions.
* Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
* Be able to work well in a team but understand the importance of independent working.
* Have a good understanding of different cultures and beliefs, additional language skills are also beneficial.
Hours of work for this role will be 5 days per week to include weekends to reflect and opening hours of the company.
