Public liability claims, including trips, slips and similar accidents.
Road traffic accidents, generally excluding whiplash claims.
Clinical negligence claims, excluding cases against therapists or mental health practitioners where there is no physical injury.
Defendant cases, including claims involving uninsured defendants.
