Training Contract or work experience as a Chartered Legal Executive / Senior Paralegal.Responsibilities:
Manage a full range of personal injury cases for clients.
Support senior team members in managing catastrophic claims.
Innovate offerings and uphold the organisation's values.
Attend meetings and court proceedings, provide meticulous notetaking and support.
Maintain high-quality service and compliance standards.
Foster strong client relationships, handling client information with tact and sensitivity.Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
Proven expertise and successful track record in Personal Injury law.
Strong communication skills and ability to build lasting client relationships.
Experience in handling sensitive client information empathetically and professionally.
