Salary: Competitive Basic Salary + Bonus

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (Fully Office Based)

Are you a recent graduate looking for your first step into financial services?

We're recruiting for an exciting entry-level opportunity offering full training, ongoing professional development and a clear pathway into roles such as Paraplanner and Financial Adviser.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious graduate with a Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting or related degree, or someone who has gained exposure to financial services through placements, internships or work experience and is looking to build a long-term career within the industry.

The Role

As a Graduate Financial Services Associate, you'll work within a professional and supportive team, helping individuals understand and navigate important financial decisions.

You'll be the first point of contact for clients seeking guidance around pensions, investments, share schemes and broader financial planning matters, while also supporting experienced Financial Advisers with a variety of technical and administrative tasks.

This is a varied, client-focused position that offers excellent exposure to wealth management, retirement planning and financial wellbeing services.

Key Responsibilities

Act as an initial point of contact for clients seeking financial guidance and support.
Speak with employees and individuals regarding pensions, investments, savings and company share schemes.
Support clients with queries relating to their personal financial circumstances.
Manage inbound and outbound calls following financial education sessions and seminars.
Assist advisers with diary management, client administration and ongoing client support.
Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
Support the delivery of financial wellbeing and wealth management services.
Liaise with clients and stakeholders at all levels, providing a professional and high-quality service.
Assist with portfolio and investment-related administration.
Build strong and lasting client relationships through excellent communication and customer service.

About You

Recent graduate, ideally within Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting or a related discipline.
Genuine interest in financial services and wealth management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Analytical and numerate with a willingness to learn.
Professional, personable and client-focused approach.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.
Competent using Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
Previous financial services experience through internships, placements or part-time work would be beneficial but is not essential.
