Are you a Support Worker, Care Worker or someone with Level 3 Health & Social Care looking for a career change into education?
Aspire People are looking for compassionate and reliable Personal Care Assistants to support children and young people aged 5-19 with complex needs in a specialist SEND school.
You will provide hands-on support, including personal care, medical needs and daily learning support, helping pupils feel safe, comfortable and included.
We're looking for:
Support Workers or candidates with Level 3 Health & Social Care.
Experience supporting individuals with complex needs, disabilities or personal care.
Compassionate, patient and confident individuals.
Candidates comfortable supporting pupils with learning and physical difficulties.
