Personal Assistant to Operations Director / SMT
Location: Hull, East Yorkshire, HU9 1DN
Salary: £12.00 per hour – Negotiable
Contract: Part time, Permanent
Hours: 22.5 hours per week

We are now looking for a friendly and energetic candidate to provide a full PA service to the Operations Director/SMT including management of the Head Office reception area.
In addition to this, as our Personal Assistant you will:
* Provide personal assistance and support to the Operations Director/SMT.
* Provide a full diary management for the Operations Director/SMT.
* Prepare and distribute the Trust Board papers according to fixed timescales
* Prepare and distribute the sub-committee papers according to fixed timescales
* Take, produce and distribute minutes of meetings.
* Manage the Trust Board and subcommittee diary.
* Complete and submit of CQC Registration documentation.
* Organise the AGM and other events as required
* Produce statistical reports as required by Operations Director/SMT.
* Provide administrative support to other members of the senior management team when requested.
* Produce of newsletters when required.
* Involvement with fund raising as required.
* Update the Trust’s website.
* Assist with the production of marketing material such as annual reports and leaflets.
* Support to the general administrative team if required.
* Oversee Info email inbox and distribute emails accordingly
* Maintain Companies House information
* Assume responsibility for the organisation of events
In order to be successful in this role you should have previous experience in a similar PA / Administrative role alongside the ability to successfully and accurately take and present meeting minutes.
