Personal Assistant (PA)
6 Month Rolling Contract
Based in Solihull
Full Time
Contechs are currently seeking a Personal Assistant (PA). The successful candidate will assist in managing schedules, handling correspondence, and performing various PA tasks.
Key Duties of the role:
* Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments, ensuring the executive's time is used efficiently.
* Communication: The primary point of contact Handling phone calls, emails, and other communications promptly and professionally.
* Documentation: Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations. Maintain accurate records and files.
* Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
* Travel Arrangements: Plan and book travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for business trips. Prepare detailed travel itineraries and ensure all arrangements are confirmed.
* Project Assistance: Assist with special projects, research, and data analysis
* Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
* Office Management: Ensure the office runs smoothly by managing supplies, equipment, and any necessary repairs or maintenance.
Skills and Experience:
* Attention to detail and the ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Pro-active with good organisation skills and the ability to prioritise and handle multiple assignments
* The ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external contacts at all levels
* High levels of integrity and discretion
* Hands on attitude Willingness to learn
* An enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to be flexible
* Enjoy taking initiative and working autonomously
* Highly adaptable and able to thrive under pressure
