Personal Assistant / Experienced Administrator Required
Our client located in well-established business looking for an expert applicant who comes from PA, office manager and administration background located in Hertford.
Your duties include:
Supporting the senior team members with day to day operational tasks from administration tasks, to emailing clients, booking meetings, hotels, ordering stock, diary management, correspondence handling, co-ordinating out work and liaise with third party contractors, managing any communication within the team.
You will need to strong communication skills, a proactive approach to work, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, organised, Adaptive, resilient, Strong MS office knowledge, salesforce is desirable.
Your package £32k to £40k all based experience, Mon to Thur (4 working day) 9am to 5.30pm, permanent, pension, 25days holiday, parking on site, progression and development
