Our Client is currently seeking a Personal Assistant to join their team. As a Personal Assistant, you will provide administrative support to senior members of the company and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage diaries and appointments for senior members of the company.
Organise travel arrangements and itineraries.
Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Coordinate meetings and events
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Requirements
Experience working as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
