Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to support our CEO. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is adaptable to varying business needs, and can act as a reliable liaison between the CEO and the staff.

Key Responsibilities:

* Diary Management: Efficiently manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

* Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.

* Organizational Support: Maintain and organize files, documents, and correspondence, ensuring easy access and retrieval.

* Task Management: Assist the CEO in prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and ensuring that projects are completed efficiently.

* Personal Affairs: Manage the CEO’s personal tasks and errands as required.

* Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate events, meetings, and conferences as needed.

* Liaison Role: Act as a bridge between the CEO and the staff, facilitating smooth communication and collaboration.

* Problem-Solving: Proactively address issues and challenges, providing effective solutions to ensure the CEO’s time is optimized.

* Flexibility: Adapt to the varying demands of the CEO and the business, demonstrating a high level of flexibility and understanding.

Required Skills and Experience:

* Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.

* Organization: Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and a passion for efficiency.

* Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, meeting all deadlines.

* Adaptability: Proven ability to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks accordingly.

* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff and external contacts.

* Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think proactively.

* Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

* Professionalism: High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.

* Calm Under Pressure: Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, handling stressful situations with poise and efficiency.
