We are now seeking a dedicated and versatile Personal Assistant to join our team, taking on a multifaceted role that combines the responsibilities of a Personal Assistant, Front of House, and Office Assistant.

Description

Key Responsibilities:

Personal Assistant:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management.
Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and arrange travel itineraries.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Handle confidential information with discretion.Front of House:

Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients.
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming.
Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team members.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and set up meeting spaces.Office Assistant:

Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring the office runs smoothly.
Assist with organizing company events and meetings.
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Support various departments with ad hoc tasks as required.Profile

Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar role within a busy office environment.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
