Personal Assistant
£15.81 Per hour
INSIDE IR35 VIA UMBRELLA
6 Month Contract (9-12 months possible)
Full Time - 37 hours per week
Hybrid - 1 to 3 days per week in either Newport, South Wales, Titchfield, Hampshire offices.
My client are a large prestigous government organisation and are looking for a Personal Assistant to come and join their team on an initial 6 month basis, paying £15.81 per hour, Inside IR35.
Requirements of role:
Well-honed communication skills, both verbal and in written format, comfortable liaising with people at all levels across the organisation.
Highly organised with proven ability to work well under pressure to ensure deadlines are met, and that information can be quickly and easily located and understood.
Ability to prioritise your work, managing competing demands and priorities efficiently.
Excellent attention to detail.
Previous PA experience to a senior manager and/or working within a business support function.Successful candidates will be required to undergo BPSS and SC Clearance, therefore applicants must of resided in the UK for a minimum of four out of the last five years, in order to undergo this level of security check
