Are you an organised and proactive individual looking to make a significant impact within a dynamic environment? Elevation Recruitment is excited to be working on behalf of a successful manufacturing business in Rotherham to find a Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director and two other senior directors.
Key Responsibilities of the Personal Assistant:
Provide comprehensive administrative support
Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
Prepare and edit correspondence
Coordinate internal events
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the directors.
Assist with special projects and other ad hoc tasks as required.
Requirements of the Personal Assistant:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Zoom, CRM software
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
