My client are a growing, leader in their field, based in central Cambridge. They are looking for a Personal Assistant to join their friendly team to support a Director and undertake office management style duties, with a potential immediate start. This role will be 4 days in the office and 1 day from home.
Main duties will include but are not limited to:
* Personal assistant support to the director of the company
* Management of office contracts
* Ensuring the smooth running of the offices
* Organising company events
* General ad-hoc project and administrative duties
The successful candidate will have:
* Experience within a similar personal assistant position.
* IT proficiency
* Excellent communication skills
* Good attention to detail
* Ability to multi task and prioritise a workload
