We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual to join our team as Personal Assistant to the Group Managing Director. The PA will carry out a wide variety of admin tasks to support the Group Managing Director in optimising efficiency and productivity.
To be successful in this role you will need to have meticulous attention to detail whilst working at pace and managing multiple deadlines effectively. You should be adaptable with the ability to anticipate needs and proactively use initiative. A professional and trustworthy approach is essential.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the Group Managing Director's calendar, scheduling meetings and ensuring effective time management.
Organise complex travel itineraries, considering preferences and optimising cost‑effectiveness.
Filter incoming calls and emails, prioritising actions and keeping the Group Managing Director informed.
Create and refine documents, presentations, and reports.
Organise meeting materials and ensure the Group Managing Director is fully briefed and prepared for all agendas.
Capture meeting actions and perform necessary follow up tasks.
Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, liaising on behalf of the Group Managing Director.
Prioritise tasks and responsibilities according to their urgency and importance, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion at all times.
Day to day management of office administration including managing service providers and facilities, and ordering stationery and equipment.
Skills and Experience
Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role, supporting at Director level.
High standards of numeracy and literacy, ideally supported by a degree and/or relevant business or project management qualification.
IT literacy with proficiency in MS Office including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience of building reports and presentations.
Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to build effective working relationships at all levels.

Salary: Up to £32K gross per annum (depending on skills and experience)
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, up to 2 days homeworking per week
Location: Head Office in Offenham near Evesham
