PA to the COO (Chief Operating Officer) and Director of Risk and Governance

The School is seeking to appoint a highly organised and proactive individual to provide an outstanding level of administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Director of Risk and Governance. This is an exciting time to join the team at St John’s, in a varied and interesting role at the heart of the leadership and governance.
As the role is integral to the successful running of the COO office and support to the Director of Risk and Governance, we are looking for an experienced professional with excellent interpersonal and communication skills together with meticulous attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and deliver to deadlines.
The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills including scheduling meetings, preparing and circulating agendas, minute-taking, producing reports and maintaining records is essential to the role.
A flexible approach to working will be required to attend all Governor meetings, approximately five per term, four of which take place from (phone number removed)pm and one morning meeting per term, 7.30am-9.30am. Good knowledge of governance and school compliance would be advantageous.
