Personal Assistant to Managing Director
Part Time (16 hours per week)
Flexible start and finish times (4 hours per day)
4 days per week (Wednesdays Off)
£35k pro rata
Malmesbury Onsite
A lovely new part time role, working closely with the Managing Director onsite in Malmesbury. They are based on a farm, so this would suit anyone who is an animal person – feel free to being your dog to work with you!
What you will do
* Assisting the Managing Director with daily tasks.
* Manage calendars, diaries, appointments and travel arrangements.
* Communicating over the phone and via email with contractors and suppliers.
* Setting up new accounts and placing orders.
* Assist in organising meetings and events.
* Handle confidential information with discretion.
* Perform various ad hoc administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office.
* Assist with maintaining compliance and insurance documentation.
* Research new ventures on behalf of the Managing Director and compile data as needed.
What you will bring
* Proven experience as a personal assistant or similar role.
* Strong communication skills and be able to talk with builders and contractors.
* Be proactive and not be afraid to make mistakes.
