Are you an efficient, organised PA looking for a temporary contract working for a luxury developer.

Our client is seeking a highly organised and proficient Personal Assistant to join their team at their prestigious landmark development in the heart of Edinburgh. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support to the customer service processes and sales teams, ensuring smooth and efficient operations of the site. This is a temporary position, with the contract working through November 2024 as a minimum.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the customer service and sales teams. This includes managing schedules, preparing reports, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.

* Act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, delivering exceptional customer service and managing queries in a professional and friendly manner.

* Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring a well-organised and efficient working environment. This includes managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.

* Maintain and organise important documents and records, ensuring they are easily accessible and up to date.

* Arrange and coordinate meetings, including booking venues, preparing agendas, and taking minutes as needed.

* Utilise Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) proficiently to prepare documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and reports.

* Work closely with the customer service and sales teams to support their operational needs and contribute to team goals.

We are looking for those with the following:

* Proven experience in an office management or administrative role, preferably in a customer-facing environment.

* Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

* Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills.

* Ability to proactively identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.

* Flexibility to handle changing priorities and a dynamic work environment.
