Description:
We are looking to recruit a Personal Advisor (Young People & Families) based in Bootle.
The role is paying £18.50 per hour umbrella.
You will be required to work 36 hours per week.
Duties:
* Developing solid relationships with young people and their families.
* Providing high-quality advice and guidance to young people and their families on a range of issues that include education, health, housing, and employment.
* Creating and implementing individual support plans based on the needs of the young person and their family.
* Collaborating closely with other professionals to ensure all-round support.
* Monitoring and reviewing the effectiveness of the support plans.
