Are you eager to land a brand new PERMANENT role? Our client, based in the West Midlands, are looking for a Childrens Social Worker to work within the Safeguarding and Support Team.
Position: Childrens Social Worker
Rate: £36,363 - £40,777 per annum
Contract Duration: PERMANENT
Purpose:
Work collaboratively with families to help with overcoming challenges, whilst keeping the safety and voice of the child at the centre of your work.
Job Responsibilities:
Direct working with Children, Young People, and Families to create meaningful and lasting changes.
Build relationship through early help and family support.
Decision making around child safety and best interests for positive outcomes.
Manage own caseload of complex cases and needs
Collaborate with multi-agency partner. Job Requirements:
Must have experience within Childrens Services.
Qualified Social Worker (DipSW, CQSW, CSS, MSc or equivalent).
Registered with Social Work England.
