Performing Arts Specialist
Liverpool
£425 - £500 per week (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications)

We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic Performing Arts Specialists to join our team, working within secondary schools to inspire and engage students in the disciplines of drama, music, and art. The successful Specalist will develop and implement intervention programs to support students, particularly those preparing for their GCSEs. Whether you prefer the flexibility of working in multiple schools or are looking for a long-term placement, we have opportunities to suit your career aspirations. 

About the Role

Teaching pre-set Key Stage 3/4 students

Working with children aged from 11 through to 16 years old

Managing an average class size in the absence of a teacher

Flexible accommodating days

We work with schools with a strong team spirit and supportive guidance in a variety of secondary schools

All of our schools have a creative environment for students to work in

Most schools have onsite parking or nearby parking

Easy public transport links to most schools
Requirements

To be considered for the role of Performing Arts Specialist you will:

Have a minimum of 5 days experience working in sole charge of a group of children in the last 10 years

Have strong communication skills with the ability to quickly build a good rapport with students and staff

A passion for working with children, in a calm and authoritative manner

Have, or be prepared to undergo an Enhanced DBS Check that is on the Update Service
