Peterborough (with lots of flexibility)
£40k salary + benefits package

Are you passionate about digital marketing and ready to take the lead in driving our client's paid digital activation to new heights? Our client, a dynamic and innovative company in the baking industry, is seeking a new Performance Marketing Manager to join their team in Peterborough with lots of flexibility. Most of their employees are based around the UK, including London, Leeds, Wales, Cambridge etc.

As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will play a vital role in developing and executing impactful campaigns across various digital channels.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with brand and sales teams to understand long-term and short-term goals, translating them into effective campaigns.
Own and optimise our client's portfolio of digital assets, ensuring they are technically robust and compliant while meeting consumer needs.
Devise and execute engaging digital initiatives that align with brand strategies, delivering tangible performance results across key metrics.
Manage performance budgets, optimising and forecasting as needed.
Work closely with the Head of Digital Marketing to ensure all creative assets align with brand guidelines and are delivered on time.
Lead the day-to-day digital performance relationship with our digital media agency.
Foster a data-first culture within the business by leading consumer insights for the digital marketing team and developing robust reporting methods.
Embrace AB testing and user experience (UX) to put the consumer at the heart of the plans.
Drive digital marketing innovation and agile ways of working, keeping up with evolving trends and technologies.
Ensure media compliance and stay updated on media-related legislation.Qualifications:

Excellent knowledge of performance marketing metrics and analytical tools, such as GA4.
Experience in executing paid media campaigns independently and through media agencies.
Up-to-date understanding of evolving digital marketing trends and best practises.
5+ years of experience in B2C digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing.
Proven track record in developing and executing digital marketing strategies and budgets.
Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated and eager to learn and grow in a hybrid working environment.
Experience in managing external media agencies and media owners.
