Performance Manager

Description:

A leading organisation is seeking a Performance Manager on an interim basis until May 2027. This is a predominantly home-based position with travel to sites as required, offering the opportunity to influence operational performance across a complex contract.

The Role As the Performance Manager, you’ll:

Develop and produce regular operational performance reports.
Monitor performance trends, identifying risks, issues and opportunities for improvement.
Provide accurate and insightful reporting to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Lead performance reviews and ensure actions are effectively followed through.
Analyse operational data to identify trends and areas of underperformance.
Work closely with stakeholders to improve service delivery and contract performance.
Turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that support decision-making.
Support continuous improvement initiatives across the contract. You To be successful, you’ll bring:

Previous experience within Facilities Management, maintenance or a similar operational environment.
Strong performance management, analytical and reporting skills.
Experience interpreting large volumes of operational data.
Confidence presenting findings to senior stakeholders.
Experience with CAFM systems and Power BI would be highly advantageous.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive approach to identifying and resolving performance issues. What's in it for you?
