About the role. 

Acts as a “subject matter expert” providing advice and direction in specialist areas within the MyHR System.

Responsible for product development activities that include design, deployment of software configuration into MyHR, testing and user training. 

Maintain a deep understanding of the full suite of products operated within the SuccessFactors space, be aware of emerging technologies and products enhancements available and the potential features and benefits they offer.

Role Accountabilities

Role Accountabilities:

Assist with processes relating to system upgrades, patches, ongoing maintenance, or development work of MyHR System including reviewing release notes, formulating, and running system tests, and troubleshooting.
Creation of test cases using own in-depth technical analysis of both functional and non-functional specifications to determine and conduct test requirements for product releases, changes, and enhancements.
Configuration of MyHR system software to maximise efficiency and exploit existing technology to enhance the delivery of MyHR, automating processes and enabling self-service, where possible.
Ensure that MyHR System workbooks are accurately maintained to reflect changes as a result of upgrades, patches, ongoing maintenance, or development work of MyHR System.
Ensure that the data structures and content of the MyHR System is aligned with the agreed core data elements, ensuring data integrity and understand the dependency of each data field across the entire SuccessFactors suite and integrated systems.
Works with HR stakeholders to manage system configuration changes and enrolment of colleagues into annual MyHR System processes e.g., PDD cycle using PMGM and annual pay review/bonus using COMP & VP.
Works with People Systems & Development manager to facilitate input from stakeholders, providing constructive challenge and enabling effective prioritisation of requirements.
Promotes transfer of knowledge and awareness of MyHR System developments and enhancements to the Customer Experience team.
Design, develop and deliver comprehensive MyHR System training and guidance packages alongside Standard Operating Procedures to ensure that HR and business users comply with documented processes.
Develops and maintains knowledge of MyHR System specialism by, for example, reading relevant literature, attending conferences, seminars and webinars meeting and maintaining contact with others involved in SuccessFactors products.  

About you. 

Proven experience of implementing a cloud-based HR system in at least one of the relevant core modules of the SuccessFactors suite of products (e.g.: RMK/ECM/ONB/EC/COMP/VP/LMS/PMGM)
Proven HR system related experience at a Business Analyst level.
Proven experience of independently analysing systems and specification documents, writing test scripts and plans and undertaking testing and reporting on the results.
Knowledge and understanding of database structure and design, security, solution design and user training and support.
Knowledge and understanding in the identification and management of risks, issues, milestones, and dependences and on keeping delivery on track.
Knowledge and understanding of HR business processes, data and system governance and GDPR legislation.
Ability to work to tight timescales, managing own priorities, and ensuring delivery of quality products on time.
Takes a logical and analytical approach to problem solving and pays close attention to detail.
Clear and articulate communicator with sound influencing skills.
Pragmatic approach to delivery and flexible “can do” attitude.
Passion for service delivery.
Ability to work under own initiative.
