Sittingbourne, Farringdon or Croydon (On site)

The role

Reporting to the People Support Manager, within the Shared Services team, you’ll provide a comprehensive, efficient, and customer-focussed people administration service for your business areas. You’ll administer all employee lifecycle processes, policies, and procedures in an accurate and timely manner and proactively deal with and resolve People-related enquiries.

As a colleague in the People services team, you will deliver a first class service to other colleagues, residents and external customers and partners.

Acting as the initial point of contact for colleagues and line managers, answering queries on process, policy, and procedure, referring to the People Support Manager and the Head of People Shared Services (or People Business or Recruitment Partners), where a more comprehensive response is required.

What you'll do

* Extensive experience of managing HR admin team within a large organisation

* Experience of providing expert lifecycle advice & guidance

* Strong people management experience

* Knowledge & understanding of standard employee lifecycle processes and procedures

* Significant experience of using HRIS

* CIPD or equivalent

This is a Fixed Term role until 28 February 2025

You’ll be based at one of our main offices in either Farringdon or Sittingbourne.
