Description:
Thrive Group are recruiting for a People Services Administrator on a temporary ongoing basis, with a view to start immediately.
This position is located in Salisbury.
This is a part-time position, working three days per week (these days are negotiable), paying £12.00 per hour. Some flexibility available with working hours.
Responsibilities of the role includes;
Absence data reporting
Letter support
Other HR administrative tasksThe successful candidate will:
Have a senior background with administration.
Have experience in data handling and reporting.
Have excellent knowledge of Excel.
Be able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Have the ability to effectively use ICT for a variety of purposes.
Effective communicator with good inter-personal skills.
Be aware of time pressures and the need for effective time management.
Be organised, able to follow instruction and work independently.
Have flexibility and adaptability.
Remain calm when dealing with challenging behaviour.
Be resourceful and motivated.
Have a good attendance record.
