This isn’t your average HR role. You’ll be the go-to person for all things people-related.
Partnering with senior leaders and attending management meetings to craft and roll out HR strategies that push the business forward.
Being the HR guru for employee relations, performance management, and engagement strategy.

What You Need to have:
A solid background as a HR Business Partner or HR Manager, ideally in food manufacturing or FMCG, but any senior HR role dealing with a large head count is great too.
Deep knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and all that regulatory stuff.
Stellar communication and people skills. You’ll need to influence and build relationships at every level.
