The People Partner

Providing daily HR support and advice to managers and staff

Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues

Conducting thorough and objective investigations when necessary

Working closely with the HR team to drive organisational change initiatives

Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment legislation and standards

Profile

A successful People Partner should have:

Proven HR experience in the FMCG/Manufacturing industry.
Generalist HR experience managing complex case management and supporting HR projects.
Excellent people management skills and the ability to approach issues with empathy and fairness.
Knowledge of HR best practices and current regulations.
Experience of working on HR Change ProjectsJob Offer

£50k - £55k FTC + Great Benefits.

The role will be 3 days a week on site in Coleford, 2 days working from home.

12 Month FTC, candidates must be able to start in June
