People Lead
£60000 - £65000
Full time - 9 month FTC - Westminster
Randstad are currently working in collaboration with a not for profit organisation based near Westminster. This role is to support the organisation with a transformation project, managing change and to provide high calibre support and guidance to the wider organisation. The role of People Lead will focus on supporting the ongoing transformation by ensuring we have well informed and motivated employees in place to enable us to achieve our overall business objectives.
Essential Core Skills
To support colleagues to adopt new systems, processes and ways of working through clear engagement, communication and learning activity
Work with senior leaders to define the future operating model, including role design , workforce modelling and cost analysis, undertaking relevant analysis to inform decisions
Work with leaders to write and QA all job descriptions, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities which work together within the new structure
Manage organisational change processes in line with employment legislation and policies
Support the Senior Leadership Team to effectively lead through the team through transition.
Work with HR colleagues to ensure we have the right learning and development, reward and workforce planning approaches in place to enable effective transition
Work with the Change Lead to ensure a joined up, well- resourced approach to communicating with and upskilling colleagues from across the business- in preparation, during, and as new systems are implemented.
Flag change risks early to the Programme Director, Senior leaders and the Change Lead. Requirements:
Background in change management within the HR field
Strong and upto date knowledge of employment law
Top tier communication skills
Transformation project experience
Available for a 9 month contract on a hybrid basisThis is an immediately available opportunity for a People Lead to join a well established not for profit organisation and to support them through a change project.
