What you will be doing:
We're looking for a People Integration and Engagement Specialist to join an Electronics Engineering team within a world class technical engineering company. If you're an organised and proactive individual with excellent communication and listening skills, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
As a Specialist, you will take a hands-on approach in facilitating numerous events and initiatives with a variety of stakeholders to focus on improving practices. Your aim will be to improve the candidate onboarding experience and enhance integration and engagement across multiple sites in the UK.
You will have experience in onboarding teams, skills, and capability management, and possess excellent problem-solving skills. We are looking for someone with strong networking abilities and the capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
