We are hiring an additional team member to join the People Team!
What do we need from you?
To support all areas of HR, Recruitment, Training, Admin & staff support. Playing a key supportive role in driving the people strategy forwards and ensuring Herrco Cosmetics is an employer of choice.
• Contracts/amendments and new starter/leaver processes and paperwork (updating systems accordingly)
• HR administration/coordination for the entire employee life cycle and project support as required

• Preparing letters to employees, administration of investigations/disciplinary meetings, obtaining references and updating structure charts
• Monitoring the absence telephone line, ensuring completion of return to works and Bradford Factor administration
• Recruitment: Placing adverts, short-listing candidates (where applicable), and arranging interviews.
• Issuing uniform, keeping track of inventory/stock levels
• Coordinating occupational health questionnaires and appointments
• Support in other areas of the business adopting a “one team” approach
