People Change Manager

This role will report to the Head of Operations and work in partnership with the operations team and Business Partners, engaging with key stakeholders and taking the lead on change projects and initiatives within the business as well as other aspects of HR, ER and specifically M&A and TUPE, on a 6-month FTC basis.

People Change Manager Responsibilities

The role will include acting as the subject matter expert, leading and executing HR change initiatives. Assessing organisational complexity and proposing solutions to streamline processes including effective spans and layers and productivity drivers.  

You will apply a structured methodology and use processes and tools to create a strategy to support the adoption of change required by the project or initiative.

You will conduct impact analysis, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders, delivering key communications across the business.

You will integrate HR change management activities into the project plan and track and report issues.

People Change Manager Rewards

In addition to a competitive salary the People Change Manager will receive professional development and training, 25 days annual leave (pro rata for length of contract), plus 3 additional days at Christmas and a day off on your birthday if it falls during the contract period and social and charitable events.

People Change Manager Experience

To be successful in this role you must have solid HR business partnering experience, leading and managing change initiatives. You will have in-depth knowledge and understanding of employment law and legislations around mergers and acquisitions and TUPE transfers. You will have experience of managing the end-to-end TUPE process. You will have strong HR operations management experience from within a global organisation and a proven track record of HR project management. You will be MCIPD / Chartered CIPD / Level 7 CIPD qualified or equivalent. 

Location

This role offers flexible and hybrid working, 35 hours per week. The office is in South Oxfordshire. You must live within commuting distance and have the full right to work in the UK.

This role is full-time, and a 6-month Fixed-Term-Contract.
