As the People Business Partner you will:

Support the continued transformation and development of the business area and support all people related activity.
Deliver and support on the people life cycle activities - recruitment, performance, engagement, training and development, talent and succession planning.
Take ownership of Organisational design within your business areas.Profile

As the People Business Partner you should have:

CIPD qualification or equivalent
Strong Business Partnering skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to influence and drive change
Knowledge of HR policies and best practice
Excellent Stakeholders ManagementJob Offer

The role will be hybrid, based in the Exeter office with travel to the Bristol office on occasion
