Description
Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
Provide expert advice on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
Partner with managers to address workforce planning and organisational development needs.
Support change management initiatives in a global, matrix-ed environment.
Deliver HR generalist support, including performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
Analyse HR data to inform strategic decision-making and improve employee engagement.
Ensure consistency in HR practices across the organisation while adapting to local requirements.
Collaborate with global teams to align HR initiatives and share best practices.Profile
A successful People Business Partner should have:
Proven experience in an HR business partner or generalist role, ideally within industrial or manufacturing environments.
Strong expertise in employee relations and strategic HR initiatives.
Experience working in a global, matrixed organisation.
Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent analytical skills to interpret HR data and drive informed decisions.
Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and best practices.Job Offer
Salary ranging from £65,000 to £70,000, dependent on the level of experience.
Permanent role based in London (2 days in office).
