We are now looking for a People and Culture Manager to join our team on a flexible basis to cover a period of maternity leave.

The Role

As our People and Culture Manager, you will lead our colleague experience and drive the people culture throughout our company.

Specifically, you will support our Senior Leadership Team and line managers throughout the business with their people needs, focusing on coaching and guidance for colleague relations.

You’ll take a forward-thinking, creative approach to strategy design, exploring new avenues that will enable our colleagues and managers to achieve their utmost. Ensuring the strategy fits with our culture and our values, you will support our vision of being a brilliant place to work.

About You

To be considered as our People and Culture Manager, you will need:

- Experience in HR
- Experience delivering a people strategy
- Experience of business partnering at all levels
- A minimum of a level 5 CIPD qualification
