Based in the heart of Leeds in their outstanding offices, this is a hybrid role. - this is a permanent position working hybrid for a fantastic business. Working in a generalist capacity managing wellbeing as well as ED&I strategies.
This is a generalist position, coaching and influencing leaders across the business and delivering key people practices
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Facilitating and driving change within the organisation
Managing performance and ER matters
Full management of the employee life cycle, including bonus and salary reviews
Delivery of people practices and responsibility for continuous improvement
Providing generalist HR support to a diverse organisation
Person Specification
CIPD Level 7 qualified or equivalent
Experienced in the design, delivery and lead of HR specific projects
Complex ER case management experience
Indepth knowledge of employment legislation
Thorough understanding of the full employee life cycle
Effective communication with key stakeholder management experience INDPAYN
